The Unloader One OTS Knee Brace is designed for mild to severe unicompartmental (one side) osteoarthritis. This brace uses both vertical struts with dynamic strapping to create an unloading moment around the knee joint. The use of dynamic strapping enables the user to adjust the knee brace throughout the day tightening and loosening depending on pain levels.
The DonJoy OA FULLFORCE Knee Brace is a lightweight, low profile offloading knee brace. It is designed to provide offloading of the affected side of the knee whilst reducing pain and ligament strain.

The majority of OA knee braces are pre made therefore to ensure you receive the correct brace your orthotist will need to undertake a full assessment of your knee. This will include observing how you walk, your current pain levels, your activity levels and your range of movement at your knee joint. Your orthotist will also take a series of measurements. Using this information your orthotist will select the correct device for your needs. On fitting of your device your orthotist will make any final adjustments to ensure your brace is as comfortable as possible.
