What is the process to be recieve impact absorbing insoles?

To ensure your insoles are contoured to your feet your orthotist will need to complete a small assessment. This will include discussing your needs, observing you walk, taking measurements and taking either a plaster cast or impression of your foot. This will ensure any insole fully supports your foot and provides you with the maximum impact absorption possible.
